We have a team of dedicated support engineers who are on call until 10pm, 364 days per year, to service equipment in the event of breakdowns. We also operate a night service from 10pm until 8am. And with an average downtime of just one hour 15 minutes, our response levels speak for themselves!
Our in-house team is managed by Clive, an industry veteran who has forgotten more about amusement machines than most people ever learn! At our workshops we do everything from cabinet repairs, to servicing and maintenance, refurbishments and cabinet changes. If your pool table is looking old, it's not a problem as we have the traditional skills to professionally recover your table in-house.
At Quality Amusements, we realise that every hour lost through faulty equipment is a loss of revenue for your business and reflects on us. With this in mind, our core principles are to provide fast, rapid and effective service. In the unlikely event that we can't repair your equipment onsite, we are able to provide replacements or loan equipment to get you out of trouble. You don't even need to be a Quality Amusements customer to benefit from this service, we actually carry out maintenance for some of our competitors and for companies who have purchase equipment outright but still need quality support.
